Where we deliver

We deliver to cities, towns and villages across Pakistan through our courier partners. At checkout, enter your full address and a working phone number so the rider can reach you.

Order processing and delivery time

• Orders are confirmed and packed within 24 to 48 hours (Monday to Saturday).
• Delivery takes 3 to 5 working days after dispatch. Remote areas may take a little longer.
• Delays can happen during public holidays, sales, or bad weather.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we send you the courier name and tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp. You can use it on the courier’s website to follow your parcel.

Delivery attempts

• The courier will try to deliver your parcel, and will call you before arrival.
• If you are unavailable, please ask the courier to re-attempt or contact us.
• After repeated failed attempts, the parcel may be returned to us and the order cancelled.

Checking your parcel

Please check the parcel in front of the rider. If the box is torn, opened, or the watch looks damaged, do not accept it and message us right away.
